Not even a good stunt. It seems to decelerate within a few seconds without even putting a load on it. It is a poor variation of the overbalanced wheel. One set of springs is trying to pull it one way, the other set are pulling the other way. The flywheel gives it enough momentum to keep it moving briefly in the direction you start it. If it was truly free energy it would be trying to turn as soon as he connected the springs, he wouldn't need to start it spinning.
